Domestic delivery updates

Yes we are able to ship most products safely, if we cant we will advise you ASAP.  As of 10 September 2021 New Zealand Post has advised that due to significant increases in the number of parcels being sent and increased safety procedures at Alert Level 2 and 4 there are some delays.

Dont address your order to a business that is currently closed and allow up to an additional 3 working days for delivery of your item at this time.

International delivery updates

Yes we are able to ship most products, if we cant we will advise you ASAP.  There are currently some delays with international deliveries.

The spread of COVID-19 globally has led to reduced airfreight capacity and more recently, stricter lockdown restrictions within certain countries, causing delays to parcels coming in and out of New Zealand. New Zealand Post are expecting delays to continue for some time.

Current delays are around 3 working days for many countries including Australia.  There are significant delays however to some European countries and Canada.
