COVID-19 Update

COVID-19 Alert Level 4

These are certainly unusual times and as you know (perhaps other than some of our international customers) New Zealand is currently at Alert Level 4.  Like almost all New Zealand business there are major disruptions.

Are we operating

Being an online trader based from our home we can continue to trade however we do rely on New Zealand's courier services, international air freight services and both local and international suppliers.  In short yes we are operating however there is and will be considerable disruptions in our ability to get orders to you.

Local couriers

While courier services are classed as essential businesses currently (March 26 2020) couriers are busy prioritising deliveries of essential items such as medical supplies, food and other essential items.  Therefore until we are advised otherwise by the courier companies we will not be dispatching any orders.  This applies to both our webstore and our Trade Me Store (https://www.trademe.co.nz/stores/lureme).

Can I collect my order

Unfortunately at this time you cannot collect any items either sorry, neither ourselves or the gorvernment want any of us out and about for non essential business.
