Automatic Boat Leveling

The Lectrotab Automatic Leveling Control automatically adjusts your trim tabs as conditions change. Wind, waves, changing speed and passengers moving around the boat can all affect the boat's running attitude.

Instead of constantly adjusting the trim tabs manually, the ALC monitors the boat and makes automatic corrections to help maintain a more level attitude and a comfortable ride.

Automatic Roll & Pitch Correction

The Lectrotab ALC automatically corrects both roll and pitch. Roll correction helps compensate when the boat leans from side to side, while pitch correction helps maintain the desired fore-and-aft running attitude.

The adaptive system responds to changing sea conditions and helps maintain the boat's optimum running attitude as conditions change.

Built-In GPS – No External Antenna Required

The Lectrotab ALC includes an internal GPS, eliminating the need for a separate GPS antenna or marine electronics network connection for the automatic leveling function.

This simplifies installation while allowing the system to monitor boat movement and automatically adjust the trim tabs as required.

Automatic Trim Tab Adjustment

The ALC continuously monitors the boat's attitude and automatically adjusts the connected trim tabs. The system is designed to prevent automatic corrections while the boat is turning, helping maintain predictable handling.

When the boat slows below planing speed, the ALC stops attempting to control the boat's attitude. Automatic leveling resumes as the boat accelerates back onto the plane.

Automatic Trim Tab Retract

The Lectrotab Automatic Leveling Control also provides automatic trim tab retraction. The tabs can automatically retract when the boat is stopped, and an optional ignition-key connection can also be used to initiate automatic retraction.

This helps ensure the trim tabs are returned to the retracted position when the boat is no longer underway.

LED Trim Tab Position Indicators

The ALC display panel features LED trim tab position indicators, allowing you to see the position of the trim tabs from the helm.

The LED indicators automatically adjust their brightness according to ambient light, dimming in darkness and becoming brighter in sunlight for easier viewing.

Automatic & Manual Trim Tab Control

The Lectrotab ALC provides both automatic and manual operation. Press AUTO to enter automatic leveling mode, or switch to manual mode when you want to adjust the trim tabs yourself.

This gives you the convenience of automatic boat leveling while still allowing direct manual control when required.
