Shipping policy

We endeavour to keep freight charges to a minimum, and as simple as possible, NZ (New Zealand) charges are per order, as below:

• Smaller orders: $7.99 (Rural $12.99)
• Most others: $14.99 (Rural $19.99)
• Overlength (1.5m+): such as long 1-piece rods and the like
• Auckland $19.99
• North Island $29.99
• South Island $34.99

Most orders ship the following business day with New Zealand Post.  Once scanned by the courier on collection, tracking details are supplied via e-mail.  Most orders are delivered within 2-3 days business days, rural 3-5 days.  Overlength items generally ship with Aramex.

International charges are based on approximate volumetric weight, and calculated at checkout.  Unfortunately at this time we are unable to collect any local tax or duties.  Therefore be aware you may be liable for tax or duty in your local country.  We are looking into options to collect taxes, however we are unable to currently.

Can't supply: If for any reason we cannot supply your particular country, or product, we will notify you via email, providing you with your preference of: a refund, or a suitable alternative if available.
