The Trident Tackle Aero Pulley is the strongest and most aerodynamic pulley available making it the perfect fit for serious surfcasters.

Designed with both the UK and international markets in mind AERO pulleys from Trident Tackle are compact enough for UK fishing and strong enough for the larger fish caught in the likes of Norway, New Zealand, South Africa etc.

These ultra strong pulleys have a unique line crossover design that streamlines the rig like no other. As well as streamlining the rig, the crossover design can be used to add resistance depending on the diameter of line used. 50lb-60Ib = no resistance, 70lb -80lb = resistance.  If higher strength and no resistance is preferred a good quality low diameter line should be used, for example YUKI invisible or TEKLON.

Trident Aero Pulley Features:

  • AERO pulleys are Manufactured from ACETAL, a very tough hard wearing engineering plastic with very low friction properties
  • Incorporated within the pulley is a stainless steel quick release for attachment
  • Sold in packs of 12
  • 1.42mm stainless steel wire
  • International patents pending

Quality surfcasting tackle from Trident Tackle Development.

Aerodynamic

Tridents Aero Pulley Rig looks the biz, sturdy construction, the most aerodynamic pulley rig on the market. My only concern is the inability to fit a larger guage circle hook, although as I am looking for more distance, a smaller hook and smaller bait should help to achieve this, especially as I have been advised an off the ground cast is an option with the Rotobait clip. I will update my review post Great Exhibition Bay Surfcasting Comp as a few of the boys will be trying to bang these OTB.
