The Akios Shuttle 666 STR Kuro is a serious piece of kit designed for overhead surfcasting.
It's packed with features to match the intended use such as an extra long mag control knobby from the Akios Tourno, controlling a 4 magnet brake block, this reel offers even greater casting potential since the magnets can be backed right off to allow the spool to run absolutely free. Fanstastic option for those wanting an overhead surf reel.
As per the standard Shuttle, the STR Kuro Shuttle comes with a free floating spool system with two integrated ABEC 5 stainless steel bearings.
